1. Can I return and get a refund for any MAQUETTE product?
While most of our products can be returned with no questions asked, here are some products that are not eligible for our 30-day return and refund policy:
• Products purchased during sales or with vouchers.
• Products that have been used, altered, or washed.
• Inners, instant hoods, thins, hand socks, garment inners and face masks due to our strict hygiene policy.
• Fragrances, hood mists, hand sanitizers and personalized products.
• Shipping boxes, Gift boxes and packing materials.
All late refund requests will not be entertained, and the decision made by the company is final and not subject to further appeal.
2. What is the process for returning MAQUETTE products?
Follow these simple steps to make your return & refund journey with us smooth:
• To send your request, please WhatsApp to the number +6016-555 4934 with the following details:
- Order ID
- Reason return
- Evidence of disability (video/photo), if applicable
- Your bank details (for refund process)
• We will review your request and guide you accordingly.
• Once your return request has been accepted, you can proceed with the return of the item.
• Returned products will be inspected by us and products that do not meet our policy will be rejected and returned to you.
• The refund process will take 7-14 working days and you will receive it in the original payment method during your initial purchase.
• Refunds are solely on the product returned and do not include shipping fees.
• We do not accept walk in returns to our warehouse/boutique.
• Please note that the customer will bear the shipping cost for the returned product.
3. I am not from Malaysia. Will I still enjoy the 30 days return and refund policy?
Yes, the same policy applies, and refunds will be issued via the same original method as your initial purchase. For damaged products, MAQUETTE will refund the courier fee as well.
